The terms, without the maze

Here’s how
we work with you.

These terms govern the website services provided by Xpancom, LLC. A separate written agreement may add specific terms for your business. You must be authorized to act for the business whose website you ask us to manage.

Your site plan

The plan is $29 per month per site. It includes hosting, secure connections, custom-domain connection, previews, version history, access to the Surfaces catalog, and hundreds of updates each month. A $15 top-up provides additional update allowance and does not expire.

There is no fixed-term contract. Domain registration, domain renewals, payment processing, and connected services may have separate charges.

Requests, previews, and approval

Tell us what changed by text, email, voice note, or chat. We prepare the update for your review. You are responsible for checking the business facts before you approve publication.

What you own

Your website content and the site files created for you are yours. You may request a copy and move them to another host.

Connected Surfaces

Some Surfaces need another provider’s account, approval, subscription, or usage charges. Early access items are confirmed before activation. We do not promise search rankings, customer enquiries, or sales.

Cancellation and leaving

You can cancel by contacting us through your Xpancom service conversation. Ask for an export before hosting ends if you plan to move.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we handle information. Do not put passwords, full payment card details, or private health information into ordinary update requests or public forms.
