You deserve a clear account of what comes next.
Questions and practical preparation for employees whose work may change. This is a worker-support journey, separate from executive sales.
Start with what is known.
Ask what decisions have been made, what is still being considered, what information is being collected, and who can answer your questions. A possible process change is not the same as a confirmed decision about your role.
Do not share personal health, financial, employment, or identity documents through this preview. There is no active worker case-management service or confidential counseling intake on this site. For an active engagement, use the designated workforce contact in your employer’s plan.
Questions to take into the conversation.
About the change
Which tasks or roles may change? When will decisions be made? Could this affect hours, earnings, benefits, or the work available to contractors?
About your options
Is there a specific internal role with an approved budget? What preparation is required? Are alternatives genuinely voluntary?
About support
What support is funded, who is eligible, and when will it be delivered? Who can help if the support does not arrive?
About confidentiality
Who sees individual information? Is a counselor independent? What information is reported to management, and on what basis?
About follow-through
Who remains responsible after the software goes live? When will the transition be reviewed? What happens if a suitable role has not been found?
Prepare without carrying the whole burden.
Keep your own record of agreed commitments and important dates. Describe the work you do, the judgment it requires, and the responsibilities you would like to develop. Avoid taking confidential employer material as evidence of your experience.
If a different role is proposed, ask to understand the actual duties, pay, schedule, location, requirements, and preparation time. A course or credential should connect to a plausible next step.
A route for support, not a sales lead.
Worker concerns should reach the person responsible for the transition, with a clear explanation of privacy and escalation. They should not be treated as a marketing opportunity or a hidden measure of replaceability.
A dedicated worker-support channel must be established for each relevant engagement. Until one is confirmed, use your designated employer contact or an appropriate independent support provider. This static preview cannot receive a request.
