What this website is, and what it is not.
These terms govern your use of xpancom.com. They do not book work, create an account, or replace a signed statement of work. Paid services are governed by the Professional Services Terms.

A description of services, not the services themselves.
Xpancom, LLC operates this website to explain AI consulting, implementation, and managed operations. The site does not execute business workflows, create workspace accounts, or provide access to private records.
Sending an inquiry is a request for a conversation. It is not an engagement, a proposal, or a promise that we will take the work.

License to browse.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site for lawful business evaluation. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, copy the site as a competing offering, or remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Site content, trademarks, and the arrangement of pages belong to Xpancom or its licensors. Client materials never appear here without consent, and we do not publish client logos or testimonials.

Examples, figures, and photography.
Worked examples on this site, including the interactive workflow and the assessment arithmetic, use a field-service scenario to show how the method works. Figures are working assumptions you can inspect, not a quotation for your business.
Workplace photographs are generated scenes. They are not portraits of Xpancom staff or clients.
Workforce support described on this site is an option to negotiate into an agreement. It is not a universal benefit and it does not create an individual entitlement.

Acceptable conduct on the site.
Do not attempt to probe, overload, or bypass the site. Do not submit prohibited data classes through the contact form. Do not use the site to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing material. We may block access that threatens the service or other visitors.

Content here is general business discussion. It is not legal, tax, employment, clinical, or other specialist advice for a particular situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for that review.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpancom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, and our aggregate liability arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
These website terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and they do not replace the allocation of risk in a signed professional services agreement.

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state courts located in Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
