Contracts and statutory notices
The documents that govern how we work with you.
Legal is the contract set: website terms, privacy, cookies, accessibility, professional services terms, the data processing addendum, acceptable use, and AI processing rules. Security evidence lives on the Trust Center.
01 / Section
What each document is for.
Website terms cover browsing this site. Professional services terms cover paid assessment, implementation, and managed operations once a statement of work is signed. Privacy, cookies, and the data processing addendum cover information. Acceptable use and AI terms bound how the invitation-only workspace, intake, and models may be used.
Privacy Policy
How Xpancom collects, uses, stores, and deletes personal information across the marketing site, intake, authentication, and workspace.
Website Terms of Use
The rules for using xpancom.com. Paid work is not formed by browsing, and is not formed by sending an inquiry.
Professional Services Terms

Acceptable Use
What may not be put into intake, the workspace, or any hosted workflow, including prohibited data classes and automated employment decisions.
AI Processing Terms
How models are used, what they must not train on, and where a person remains accountable.
