AI consulting, implementation, and managed operations

Three engagements. Assess, transform, operate.

We identify the operational problems worth solving, redesign the work, implement the right AI and software, and manage the systems that result. Each engagement has a bounded scope and ends in a decision you can decline.

What we sell

The three services.

Most businesses should start with the assessment. It is the only one of the three that can honestly tell you whether the other two are worth buying.

Recognize the situation

The problems these services address.

These are the recurring situations we look for in established field-service businesses and multi-location restaurant operators. Each one connects to a specific intervention and a measure that can be checked.

Estimates stall while someone gathers information.

What we investigate
Structured intake that asks for what the estimate actually needs, retrieval of approved pricing and site history, an AI-assisted draft, and a routing rule that sends it to the right approver.
How it is measured
Days from request to estimate sent, and the share of estimates waiting on missing information rather than on a decision.

Inquiries and follow-up fall between disconnected systems.

What we investigate
One record of open commitments with an owner and a due date, assembled from the systems you already use, with overdue items surfaced instead of searched for.
How it is measured
Share of inquiries with a logged next action and owner, and time to first substantive response.

Completed work and approved extras reach billing late.

What we investigate
A completion checklist tied to the evidence the invoice needs, approved extras captured with their authorization, and a prepared invoice packet that a person reviews and releases.
How it is measured
Days from completion to invoice-ready, and the share of invoices released without rework. Faster invoicing changes timing; it is not new revenue.

Managers assemble the same information by hand every week.

What we investigate
Scheduled assembly from approved sources, with exceptions and variances surfaced rather than buried, and a human review before anything is treated as a decision.
How it is measured
Hours spent preparing the information, and what the recovered hours are actually used for. Freed time is capacity until it has a destination.

The owner has to chase routine decisions.

What we investigate
Written decision rules with thresholds, routing to the right owner, an approval queue with context attached, and escalation only for the cases that genuinely need you.
How it is measured
Share of routine decisions resolved without the owner, and the volume and age of items still escalating.

The commercial path

How an engagement progresses.

A fit conversation

Free, and short. We discuss the operating constraint, who it affects, and whether there is a useful question to investigate. It is not a paid assessment and it is not a sales presentation.

A written proposal

Before any paid work starts, a proposal defines the scope, responsibilities, fee structure, assumptions, dependencies, and decision gates. There is no public package price because the scope determines the price.

The assessment

A paid, bounded engagement that ends in a business case and an implementation scope. Approving an implementation is a separate decision, and declining it is a normal outcome.

The implementation

One approved workflow, redesigned and put into use, with an acceptance decision at the end.

Managed operations

An optional continuing agreement to keep what we built working, with a defined scope and an exit path.

Evidence discipline

How we measure what changed.

We keep three separate records, because collapsing them is how AI projects come to be described as successes that nobody in the business recognizes.

  • Forecast: what the business case expected, with its assumptions attached.
  • Observed operating change: what actually changed in the workflow, measured against the baseline using the same definitions.
  • Realized financial benefit: a supported financial outcome over a stated period, claimed only when the evidence supports it.

Fit

Who we are set up to help.

Our starting focus is established field-service businesses with meaningful transaction volume, recurring coordination problems, and the resources to implement a change. Multi-location restaurant operators face closely related administrative problems and are a secondary focus.

That is where our discovery is aimed. It is not a claim of proven sector results or a list of industries we have transformed. Other operations can be discussed on the merits of the problem and the expertise it requires.

Scope

What we do not offer.

We are not a website agency, a chatbot shop, a self-service AI platform, or a small consultancy claiming every enterprise specialty. Narrow is the point.

Merger and acquisition advisory, enterprise centers of excellence, foundation-model training, broad managed IT, patent advisory, research platforms, and workforce placement networks are not services we sell. If your problem needs one of those, we will say so.
