02 Transform / AI service
Redesign and implement one approved operational improvement.
One approved improvement, redesigned and put into daily use, with the approvals, exception paths, and staff preparation that make it survive contact with a real operation.

What problem does this address?
Most AI work stalls between the demo and the operation. The tool works, the workflow around it does not change, and the people expected to use it were told about it a week before launch.
This engagement treats the workflow as the deliverable. The software is one part of it, alongside the decision rules, the approval points, the exception handling, and the preparation of the people who will run it.

What do we do?
We redesign before we build, then choose the simplest implementation that produces the operating change.
Design the operating flow
Responsibilities, required evidence, decision thresholds, exception paths, service expectations, and the points where a person must decide.
Configure what you already own
Your field-service platform, accounting system, or scheduling tool can often do more than it currently does. We check that before proposing anything new.
Integrate the systems
Approved interfaces, limited permissions, separate test environments, and validated handling of failures, duplicates, and partial data.
Build only what is missing
Custom software and AI-assisted steps where existing tools leave a real gap, documented with their behavior, dependencies, and maintenance cost.
Test the difficult cases
Missing information, unusual jobs, conflicting records, permission failures, and uncertain AI output, not only the clean path.
Prepare the people
Role-specific practice on the normal workflow and the exceptions, with paid preparation time where agreed and a route to raise problems.

What do you receive?
A working workflow in daily use
Implemented, integrated, tested, and running against a defined boundary of jobs, locations, or users.
Documented controls
Permissions, approval thresholds, what the system may do on its own, and what always waits for a person.
Exception handling that names an owner
What happens when information is missing, a connection fails, or the output is uncertain, and who resolves it.
Prepared staff and an operating runbook
Practice on real cases, written decision rules, and instructions someone new can follow.
A recovery path
How to pause the change, fall back to the previous process, and export what has accumulated.
An acceptance record
What was tested, what was measured against the baseline, what is outstanding, and who owns each open item.

What do we need from you?
- A business owner for the workflow who can accept or reject the change.
- Access to the systems in scope with appropriate permissions, and someone who can authorize them.
- Employee participation in design and testing, arranged so it is not unpaid extra work.
- Timely decisions on approval thresholds and anything the redesign uncovers.
- A funded workforce plan where roles, hours, or earnings are affected.
05 / Transform
How is success evaluated?
Against the baseline established in the assessment, using the same definitions. We record what changed in the workflow separately from any financial effect, because they are different claims with different evidence.
Acceptance also covers the parts a demo cannot show: data quality, access controls, staff readiness, the new review load created by the change, and whether the field experience got worse while the office experience got better.
06 / Transform
What is outside scope?
An implementation engagement is bounded. It does not include unlimited change requests, a company-wide rollout without a separate decision, replacement of your core systems, or autonomous execution of consequential actions.
It is not a guarantee of a financial return. We can commit to an implemented workflow and an honest measurement of what changed. Whether recovered capacity becomes profit depends on decisions that belong to you.

What happens next?
At acceptance you decide whether to run the workflow with your own team, move it into Managed AI Operations, or extend the pilot before committing further. Handover documentation and export arrangements are prepared either way.
